| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在诊断膀胱癌中的价值。方法 对40例经膀胱镜、手术病理证实为原发性膀胱癌的声像图表现及(CDFI)进行回顾性分析。结果 超声能显示肿瘤的数目、大小、位置、分期。结合CDFI能大致判断肿瘤的良、恶性质。40例膀胱癌中，超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为92．5％，不符合率为7．5％。超声分期与病理分期对照符合率为86．5％。CDFI对膀胱肿瘤的检出率为80．O％。结论 二维超声及CDFI对膀胱癌的诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定的应用价值，可以为临床及手术提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the 2D-ultrasonographyic and CDFI value in bladder carcinoma diagnosis.Methods Forty patients with bladder carcinoma were examined with CDFI.Results The number,size,position and staging could be assessed with color Dopper flow imaging(CDFI).In the forty cases,the qualitative rate of staging correlated with pathology was 92.5%.The qualitative rate of staging pathology was 86.5%.The detected rate of tumor on CDFI was 80.0%.Conclusions 2D-ultrasonography and CDFI can provide useful information for diagnosing,staging and treating bladder cancer. |
