摘 要: | 目的云南省宣威市是我国的肺癌高发地区,具有显著的地域性特点,本研究通过比较ras基因在宣威及昆明两地肺癌中表达的差异性,分析ras基因在两地肺癌中的异质性。方法采用免疫组化染色技术,对45例宣威地区肺癌和45例昆明地区肺癌石蜡包埋组织标本中ras基因的表达进行检测,比较ras基因在两组肺癌组织中表达的差异。结果90例肺癌组织中55例ras基因表达阳性,其中宣威肺癌组31例,昆明肺癌组24例,两组相比,差异无统计学意义(62.0%vs48.0%,x2=2.291,P=0.130)。fas基因在宣威肺腺癌病例中的阳性表达率为78.3%(19/23),在昆明肺腺癌病例中为47.8%(11/23),宣威肺癌组高于昆明肺癌组,差异有统计学意义(78.3%vs47.8%,x2=4.572,P=0.032)。结论ras基因在两地肺腺癌病例中的表达存在着差异性,提示ras基因在两地肺腺癌中存在着异质性。

Abstract: | Objective To compare the differences of ras gene expression and genetic heterogeneity in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) between in Xuanwei and in Kunming. Methods Samples of paraffin-embedded lung cancer tissues of 45 patients from Xuanwei and 45 patients from Kunming with NSCLC underwent radical resection were analyzed for expression of ras protein by imrnunohistochemical staining. The difference of ras protein expression between two groups was compared. Results Among these 90 cases, 55cases had ras protein expression. Comparing the expressions of ras protein in two groups, statistically significant difference between two groups in terms of expression of ras protein in cases with adenocarcinoma was found(78.3% vs 47.8%, X 2=4.572, P=0.032). Conclusion These data suggest that there is statistically significant difference in ras protein expression in patients with adenocarcinoma of lung between two groups, which means there is genetic heterogeneity of ras in adenocarcinomas of lung between Xuanwei and Kunming. |
