远红外陶瓷对家兔实验性骨折愈合的影响

摘    要:目的探索促进骨折愈合的方式方法.方法采用中国杂交兔80只,用手锯造成兔双侧桡骨中段3mm标准骨缺损,随机分成两组,分别用远红外陶瓷高分子绷带和普通高分子绷带固定双前肢,于3,4,5,6周分别摄片、做组织切片、力学测试和电镜观察.结果远红外陶瓷对家兔骨折愈合有促进作用(P<0.05).结论远红外陶瓷加入高分子绷带中用于骨折固定,既有外固定作用,又有加速骨折愈合的促进作用,为骨折愈合提供了一种新的治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective To explore the optimal method of promoting fracture healing.Methods Under aseptic operation, the medium of both radii in 80 rabbits was formed 3 mm defect. Then,the rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:A group rabbits were fixated by far-infrared pottery macromolecule bandage(SIO 2IMgo,AL 2O 3 etc) on both radii.B group were treated by common macromolecule bandage.The rabbits were sacrificed at 3rd,4th,5th and 6th week after surgery. Specimens were obtained from the fracture site and evaluated with x-ray film, electron microscopic, pathology and mechanics measurement. Results It was found that far-infrared pottery macromolecule bandage on fracture healing had better promoting effect than that of common macromolecule bandage (P<0.05).The effect accelerated at the 4-5th week after treatment. Conclusion Far-infrared pottery incorporated with macromolecule bandage has both external fixation and promoting fracture healing for fracture. Therefore, it provides a new therapy for promoting fracture healing.
