重组人表皮细胞生长因子结合仙葫骨炎膏在骨质肌腱外露创面中的应用

目的　观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子 (rhEGF)结合仙葫骨炎膏对骨质肌腱外露创面愈合的疗效。方法　 8例创面应用rhEGF结合仙葫骨炎膏处理 ,作为治疗组。回顾性选择 1 2例相近创面 ,单用仙葫骨炎膏处理 ,作为对照组 ,比较两组创面愈合时间。结果　rhEGF结合仙葫骨炎膏用于骨质肌腱外露创面的治疗 ,明显缩短创面愈合时间 ,较对照组缩短约 2 7d ,差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论　rhEGF结合仙葫骨炎膏有促进骨质肌腱外露创面愈合的作用

Recombinant human epidermal growth factor and Xianhu Ointment used in the wounds with bone and tendon exposed

Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) and Xianhu Ointment on the healing of the wounds with bone and tendon exposed.Methods 8 cases of wounds were locally treated with rhEGF and Xianhu Ointment,12 cases of wounds which were retrospectively chosen as control group were locally treated with Xianhu Ointment,the healing time of wounds was determined in comparison with the control group.Results The healing time of wounds with bone and tendon exposed was shorten obviously with rhEGF and Xianhu Ointment for about 27 days compared to the control group (P<0 01) and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion rhEGF and Xianhu Ointment can promote the healing of the wounds with bone and tendon exposed.
