摘    要:Pim家族是一组编码丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶的原癌基因,由pim-1、pim-2、pim-3组成。它们在人体不同组织器官中广泛分布,对其正常生长发育、分化、成熟起重要作用。Pim-3作为Pim家族的新成员,与Pim-1、Pim-2相似能磷酸化众多特异性底物,在细胞周期和细胞凋亡进程中起重要调控作用。同时,其在成体组织中的表达上调可导致某些恶性肿瘤的发生。

Abstract:The Pim family is a group of oncogenes which encode the serine/threonine protein kinase. It is composed of Pim-1, Pim-2 and Pim-3. They are extensively distributed in different tissues and organs, and play important roles in the growth, development of the body and cell differentiation. Pim-3, a new member of the family, can regulate the cell cycle, apoptosis and carciongenesis by phosphorylating specific substrates. Meanwhile, the upregulation of the Pim-3 gene can lead to the occurrence of the malignant tumors. This article reviews the recent advances in the research of Pim-3 gene.
