石菖蒲挥发油和水溶性成分对癫痫小鼠脑组织SOD、LPO、NO的影响

摘    要:目的:研究石菖蒲挥发油和水溶性成分对士的宁致癫痫小鼠脑组织SOD、LPO、NO的影响.方法:石菖蒲挥发油和水溶性成分灌胃小鼠用士的宁造成癫痫模型测定3 d后,小鼠脑组织SOD、LPO、NO的含量.结果:挥发油组,水提液组能增加小鼠脑组织SOD含量;挥发油组,水提液组、去油水煎液组能显著降低脑内LPO水平,除去油水煎液低剂量组外,其余各组均有降低脑内NO的作用.结论:实验结果提示活跃的自由基反应可能参与了癫痫的发病,石菖蒲挥发油和水溶性成分能有效清除自由基、阻止过氧化物形成,减少NO的神经毒性,对脑细胞具有良好的保护作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of the distilled oil and water-solubility components ( WSC ) from Acorus Tatarinowii Schott on the SOD,LPO,NO in brain tissue of epilepsy mice induced by Stychinin. Method: Had lavaged their stomachs for 3 days by the distilled oil and WSC from Acorus Tatarinowii Schott, the mice were induced by Stychinin. Then the SOD, LPO and NO in their brain tissue were determined. Result: In the group and the water extract group, the SOD level in the brain tissue of mice was increased. In distilled oil group, water extract group, and oil-isolated water extract group, the LPO level was distinctly reduced; In all groups distilled oil but the oil-isolated water extract group, the level of NO was decreased. Conclusion: The experiment shows the possibility that the active free radical may result in epilepsy. The distilled oil and WSC from Acorus Tatarinowii Schott display obviously protective effects on the brain cells on the basis of the elimination of free radical, the inhibition of peroxide and the reduction of neuro-toxic NO.
