住院构成前10位病种的医疗费用相关因素分析

该文以某三级甲等医院1997年住院构成前10位病种的病例为样本，采用多元进步回归方法，对影响单病种医疗费用的因素进行分析。结果表明，社会学因素、病情因素、诊断因素、治疗因素、预后因素等对单病种医疗费用均有不同程度的影响。组合相关因素建立符合我国实际的病科医疗费用标准是推行按病种收费或预付制度不可缺少的重要环节。

Analysis on relative factors of medical treatment fees of the first 10 diseases in order of inpatient proportions

This paper selected the first 10 diseases in order of inpatient proportions in a grade A teniary hospital in 1997 as sample, and used multiple stepwise regression to study the related factors of disease-specific medical fees. Results indicated that the medical fees of disease-specific were influenced by factors of sociology, patient's comditions, diagnosis, treatment and prognoisis in its degree. Combining related factors and instituting the standard tallies with the actual medical treatment fees of is an indispens ably important link to pursue the system of disease payment or prospective payment.
