贫困农村卫生资源配置的问题与对策

我国计划配置农村卫生资源的一贯做法和卫生扶贫方式的选择都是单方面增加了卫生供给量，忽视贫困农民支付能力低下和有效需求不是的问题．使贫困农村卫生资源配置在短缺基础上的供求失衡问题难以缓解，影响了资源配置的效率和效益。该文分析了卫生资源配置问题及形成原因，提出了合理选择卫生扶贫方式，解决供求矛盾的对策。

Problems and measures or health resources allocation in poor rural area

The habitual ways of allocate rural health resources and models that aid the poor by health are all to increase amount of health supply, but ignoring the farmers' low affordability and insufficient demands.It results in unbalance between supply and demand in the health resources allocation on the basis of resources ,therefore ,efficiency land benefits of resources allocation are affected.This paper analyzed the problem of health resources allocation and its cause,and put forward some measures that alleviate contradiction of supply and demand by choosing a rational aid -the -pllr program by health.
