| 摘 要： | 股骨颈前倾角增大是婴幼儿发育性髋关节脱位主要的病理改变之一，正确的测量对临床的诊治具有指导意义。本文对股骨颈前倾角的测量方法及各种影像学测量方法的优缺点进行综述，探讨股骨颈前倾角的测量在婴幼儿发育性髋脱位中的应用价值。

| Abstract: | An increased femoral neck antevetsion （FNA） is one major pathological change of developmental dislocation of the hip （DDH）and the measurement of FNA has great signification. Measurement methods of FNA, advantage and disadvantage of different imaging measurement methods have been summarized in this review to discuss the value of measuring FNA on DDH in infants and young children . |
