153SM-EDTMP联合抗雄激素缓解前列腺癌骨转移骨痛27例报告

目的　探讨缓解晚期前列腺癌骨转移所致的骨痛的方法 ,以提高患者的生存质量。方法　153 SM EDTMP联合抗雄激素综合治疗 2 7例前列腺癌骨转移病人 ,观察疼痛缓解和功能障碍的恢复情况。结果　显效 :11例 ,有效 :11例 ,稳定 :5例 ,有效率 82 %。止痛效果与是否切除前列腺无关。对中分化前列腺癌止痛效果较好。结论　应用同位素联合抗雄激素综合治疗前列腺癌骨转移是一种有效的骨痛姑息治疗技术。

Alleviation of pain of skeletal metastases from prostatic carcinoma by combination of 153SM-EDTMP with anti-androgen

Objective To improve life quality of patients with prostatic carcinoma by alleviating pain due to skeletal metastases.Methods Twenty-seven cases of ostealgia caused by osseous metastasis of prostatic carcinoma received combined therapy of 153SM-EDTMP and anti-androgen.The alleviation of bone ache and the rehabilitation of bone function were observed during the therapy.Results The therapy was significantly effective in 11 cases,effective in 11 cases and stable in 5 cases.Total effective rate was 82%.Conclusion The application of isotope with anti-androgen in treating osseous metastasis of prostatic carcinoma is an effective palliative way for ostealgia.
