| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声对黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的33例黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎超声特征。结果超声能清楚显示病变部位、数目、大小、边界以及局部胆囊壁的情况,并可观察病变内部血流情况。结论超声对胆囊隆起性病变有较好的显示率,对判断病变的性质有较高的诊断价值。

Ultrasound examination in Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis: An retrospective analysis of 33cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound(US) in Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis.Methods The 33 cases with Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis confirmed by chole-cystectomy and pathology were retrospectively studied,and their ultrasonographic features were mainly reviewed.Results US could well demonstrate the nidus positions,numbers,border and local condition of cystic wall, the blood flow of the nidus could also been well observed.Conclusion The projection of gallbladder can been displayed clearly by US, and US is of important clinical value in the diagnosis of benign lesion or malignancy lesion. |
