川芎嗪注射液对脑缺血再灌注家兔体感诱发电位的影响

摘    要:目的:研究川芎嗪注射液对脑缺血再灌注脑功能损害的保护作用。方法:用后肢体感诱发电位作为衡量缺血再灌注过程中脑功能损害的指标,动态观测静脉注射川芎嗪注射液后不完全脑缺血家兔模型脑缺血和再灌注各时点的后肢体感诱发电位变化。结果:脑缺血再灌注期的各个时点,体感诱发电位P波潜伏期均明显延迟,P波的波幅也明显降低,与缺血前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用川芎嗪注射液后,上述各指标的异常变化明显减轻,与缺血前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:川芎嗪注射液对脑缺血再灌注脑功能损害有良好的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the cerebral protective effect of ligustrazini injection during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:Somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)changes were quantified by the measurement of peak latency and amplitude after hind leg stimulation.Sixteen rabbits were divided into2groups:MC group(model control group)and TL group(ligustrazini injection treated group).SEP activities were recorded respectively preocclusion,1,5,10,15,20,25,30min after occlusion and5,10,15,20,25,30,60,90,120min after reperfusion.Results:In MC group:latencies and amplitudes of SEP from30min occlusion to120min reperfusion were contrasted with latency and amplitude of preocclusion,respec-tively.P latencies were delayed from1min after occlusion to90min after reperfusion(both P<0.05).P amplitudes were reduced from1min to30min after occlusion and in20,60,120min after reperfusion(both P<0.05).In TL group:latencies and amplitudes of SEP from30min occlusion to120min reperfu-sion were close to those of preocclusion,respectively(both P>0.05).Conclusion:Ligustrazini injection could effectively protect the brain function from ischemia-reperfusion injury.
