| 摘 要： | 目的探讨、分析肱骨近端骨折内固定手术治疗的适应证及早期结果。方法对21例肱骨近端骨折（NeerⅡ～Ⅳ型）采用内固定手术治疗的患者于术后3～36个月进行随访、总结及分析，采用改良UCLA评分法评价。结果良好，改良UCLA评分在31～35分之内，患者主观满意。结论肱骨近端骨折NeerⅡ～Ⅳ型采用手术内固定治疗，可以达到早期活动的目的，效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the results and indication of internal fixation for the proximal humerus fractures. Methods 21 patients who had received the proximal humerus fractures by internal fixation were reviewed and analysised. UCLA score was adoped for evaluation at the latest follow up. Results UCLA score was between 31 - 35, the mean was 33. The patients were satisfactory. Conclusions The proximal humerus fractures by internal fixation are satisfactroy. |
