| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨以丹参为主多途径给药治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 :将 10 0例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为多途径给药组 (中药口服、灌肠、药渣外敷、丹参静脉滴注 )和单纯口服中药组 ,各 5 0例。结果 :多途径给药组总有效率 96 % ,明显优于单纯口服中药组 (84 % )。在症状、体征改善方面 ,盆腔包块消退及免疫指标改善方面多途径给药组亦显著优于单纯中药口服组。结论 :以丹参为主多途径给药能有效缓解慢性盆腔炎症状 ,促进炎性包块吸收 ,改善细胞免疫并缩短治疗时间 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID) in many ways mainly by danshen.Methods:100 patients were divided into two groups randomly:one group treated in many ways mainly by danshen(the treatment group);the other group treated only by taking TCM orally(the control group),each group including 50 cases Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group is 96 percent ,which is superior obviously to the control group which is 84 percent.The treatment group also has better effects than that of the control one on improving clinical symptoms and signs and immunological indexes, Conclusion:Treating in many ways mainly by danshen can alleviate effectively the symptoms of CPID,accelerate the disappearing of inflammatory lump,and improve cellar immune.Therefore,the treating time is shorter. |
