摘    要:目的:建立更精确的颞下颌关节三维有限元模型。方法:利用中国可视化人体图像,运用逆向工程技术先建立颞下颌关节的计算机辅助设计(CAD)模型,再进行有限元模型的建立。结果:建立了更为精确的包括下牙列、牙周膜、下颌骨、咀嚼肌、颞下颌关节(包括关节软骨和关节盘)在内的三维有限元模型,该模型共有节点66122个,单元212704个。结论:在CAD模型基础上,可以方便地建立适合于有限元分析的复杂的生物力学模型,该模型具有精确的几何形态和高度的力学仿真性。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a precise three-dimensional finite element model of temporomandibular joint.Methods: On the basis of images of Chinese Visible Human, the reverse engineering technology was applied to reconstruct the Computer Aided Design(CAD) model of temporomandibular joint.Afterwards, the model was established. Results:A three-dimensional finite element model consisting of 66 122 nodes and 212 704 elements of temporomandibular joint including cortical bone, cancellous bone, mandibular dental arch, masticatory muscles, articular cartilage and periodontal ligament was constructed. Conclusion:The finite element model is more efficient and more precise.
