摘 要: | Objective To study the effect of nano-hydroxyapatite/collogen (nHAC) with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2(rhBMP-2) and titanium (Ti) membrane in repairing bone defects of instant implant. Methods Six methods (nHAC, nHAC+rhBMP-2, nHAC+Ti membrane, nHAC+rhBMP-2+Ti membrane, Ti membrane, autos alveol-cancellated bone) were used to repair the defects of 4 beagles. At 6, 12 weeks after implantation, the osteogenesis and the relation of new bone with Ti implant were observed by X ray, bone gray scale and histology. Results All the bone wounds were full of new bone at 12 weeks, the Ti implants were steady and the osseointegration was good. In the nHAC+rhBMP-2 and nHAC+rhBMP-2+Ti membrane groups, the bone formed and maturated earlier. In the nHAC+Ti membrane, blank and nHAC+rhBMP2 +Ti membrane groups, the bone formed well below Ti membrane and the alveolar crest was plump. Conclusion The nHAC is a new bone graft material in repairing bone defects of instant implant. The rhBMP-2 and Ti membrane are able to promote the ostosis around implant and will be worth of clinical application.
