更新换代后的活性IUD安全性和有效性随访研究

目的 :了解更新换代后的 IUD使用情况及效果 ,为采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法 :由 1 998年采用历史前瞻性流行病学的调查方法 ,对上海 2 1个区 1 0 387例放置活性 IUD的对象进行临床效果调查。结果 :放置 2 4个月末 ,活性 IUD总的带器妊娠率为1 .0 3% ,意外妊娠率 0 .1 1 % ,脱落率为 2 .52 % ,续用率 94.95%。其中年龄 ,孕产次 ,放置技术 ,放置时期及 IUD的种类等因素影响 IUD的临床效果。结论 :活性 IUD全面使用后 ,其临床效果与科研时的效果相似。但放置技术还需提高 ,各种活性 IUD使用比例的现状还需改变

Study on the efficacy and application situation of the new generation IUD in Shanghai

Objective: To investigate the efficacy, the application situation, and existing questions of the medicated IUD (the new generation of IUD). Method: 10 387 cases of medicated IUD users had been investigated in twenty one counties and districts in Shanghai by using historical prospective study. Result: At the end of 24 month's use, the pregnancy rate with IUD in suit, the accident rate, the expulsive rate, and the continuation rate for the medicated IUD were 1.03%, 0.11%, 2.52% and 94.95% respectively. Factors, which would affect the efficacy of the IUD included insertion technique, time of insertion, and the type of IUD used. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the medicated IUD under the wide application had reached the expected level. But the insertion technique needs to be further improved. In order to raise the proportion of the application, publicity of the IUD and the training for the inserting technique of the IUD should be intensified in the future.
