软坚润肠颗粒治疗慢性功能性便秘临床观察

目的：观察自拟软坚润肠颗粒治疗慢性功能性便秘的疗效和安全性。方法：该实验采用随机、平行对照试验。180例功能性便秘患者随机分为两组各90例。治疗组和对照组分别接受软坚润肠颗粒（1袋，隔日冲服）和麻仁润肠丸（1丸，日2次）治疗，疗程。观察两组患者4周治疗前后排便次数、大便性状、排便困难、腹痛、腹胀症状评分以及复发率和不良反应。结果：治疗组痊愈49例，显效29例，有效8例，无效4例，总有效率为95．56％（95％CI=88．44％-98．69％）；对照组痊愈34例，显效29例，有效20例，无效7例，总有效率为92．22％（95％CI=86．69％～97．75％）；两组综合疗效比较（u=2．5260，P=0．0120），差异有显著性意义；治疗结束后治疗组排便次数、大便性状、排便困难、腹痛、腹胀症状评分低于对照组（P〈0．01）；一月后随访治疗组复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论：软坚润肠颗粒治疗功能性便秘疗效优于麻仁润肠丸，其收益为OR=0．55（95％CI=0．16～1．95），NNT=30（95％CI=2．69—60．67）；治疗后30天复发率收益为0R=0．11（95％CI=0．05—0．26），NNT=2（95％CI=1．68～3．59）。
