儿童EB病毒感染性疾病332例分析

目的探讨儿童EB病毒（EBV）感染与临床疾病的相关性并指导临床诊疗。方法对近5年332例EBV感染患儿的疾病分类进行回顾性分析。结果EBV感染所致的疾病非常广泛，可涉及呼吸、血液、神经、免疫、肾脏、心脏等多系统多脏器，其中以呼吸系统疾病、传染性单核细胞增多症、血液系统受累最多见，临床以轻症为主。结论儿童EBV感染可累及全身各个系统，临床疾病表现多样化。

Analysis of 332 children with EB viral infection disease

Objective To study the data of children with EBV infected retrospectively in order to comprehend and analyse the spectrum of EBV-associated disorders and guide to the clinical. Methods The disease spectrum and prognosis of 332 EBV infected children whose serum EBV-VCA IgM was positive detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) or EBV DNA was positive detected by PCR were retrospectively reviewed. Results There was a wide spectrum of clinical presentations, which were characterized by any organ likely to be affected. The disorders of respiratory system were very common in all patients with EBV infection,followed by infectious mononucleosis,hematological system, nervous system, respectively. In the most patients with EBV infection, although, the clinical presentations were not predominant. Conclusion The date of children with EBV infected may involve all system and display diversification.
