| Abstract: | After a bolus injection, DDAVP was infused in normal volunteers over a period of 3 1/2 hours. Blood was sampled during and after the infusion and was analyzed for DDAVP using a specific RIA. The total clearance for DDAVP was 2.6 ml/min./kg b.wt., and half-life in plasma 55 min. |
