电视腹腔镜下配子输卵管内植入19例临床分析

目的 :探讨电视腹腔镜下配子输卵管内植入术 (GIFT)的临床应用价值。方法 :采用促性腺激素促超排卵 ,上游法处理精液 ,电视腹腔镜下穿刺取卵 ,输卵管插管植入配子。结果 :19例患者治疗后妊娠 4例 ,妊娠率为 2 1 1% ,3例足月分娩 ,1例妊娠流产 ,无 1例有严重并发症。结论 :电视腹腔镜下GIFT是一种获得较高妊娠率的辅助生育技术 (ART) ,同时治疗了导致不孕的其它盆腔疾患 ,为以后自然受孕创造了条件 ,在临床上具有应用价值。

The clinical study on gamete intrafallopian transfer under laparoscopy in 19 cases

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of gamete intrafallopian transfer (GIFT) with laparoscopy.Methods:19 sterility cases were treated by gonadotropin to induce superovulation. The spermatic fluids were managed by swim-up method. The oviums were dislodged under laparoscopy. Gametes were transplanted by intubating fallopian tube.Results:4 cases of them were pregnant and the pregnancy rate was 21.1%. 3 cases had been partus matures. 1 case aborted. No one had serious complications.Conclusions:GIFT with laparoscopy is a kind of practical assisted reproductive technology (ART) with can acquire higher pregnancy rate than the other ART and can treat some pelvic ill of sterility to increase possibility of natural fertilization.In a word,GIFT may produce wide applicative evaluation.
