| 摘 要： | 为考察不同灵敏度的鲎试剂对玻璃注射器细菌内毒素检测的影响,本文采用10EU/ml、1EU/ml、0.5EU/ml及0.25EU/ml等四种灵敏度的鲎试剂对487批的本院供应室采集的玻璃注射器样品进行了检测。结果,除灵敏度为0.25EU/ml的鲎试剂检出5批阳性(1.03％)之外,其余均为阴性。表明采用高灵敏度的鲎试剂可提高玻璃注射器的阳性检出率。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the influence of limulus lysate reagents with different degrees of sensitivity on detection of bacterial endotoxin in glass syringes, 487 lots of glass syringes from our supply department were examined using limulus lysate reagent with four degrees of sensitivity: 10 EU/ ml, 1 EU/ ml, 0.5 EU/ ml and 0.25 EU/ ml. Only five lots of positive syringes were detected by the reagent with sensitivity of 0.25 EU/ ml and the positive rate was 1.03%. The results indicate that the sensitivity of the reagent influences detection of positive glass syringes and more positive syringes can be detected by reagents with higher sensitivity. |
