兔胆汁、血清中1C、1gG、CH50的动态研究及回归分析

摘    要:目的:探讨兔胆色素结石(PS)形成过程中,血清胆汁中的免疫复合物(IC)、IgG,总补体含量(CH50)的变化情况。方法:选用实验家兔20只,分为实验组和对照组,应用“导管胆肠皮下转流法“制作动态研究动物模型及胆色素结石动物模型,于术后每隔日采取胆汁及血液标本至18d止,动态检测IC、IgG、CH50含量,并作回归分析。结果:胆汁血清中IC、IgG于术后逐渐升高,CH50渐低,并于术后第12d-14d达到最高和最低,回归分析得到回归方程:Y=0.164-0.050X1 0.282X2-0.001X3-0.02X4R^20.784。结论:在PS形成过程中,胆汁血清中IC、IgG、CH50显著改变的时间段与实验性PS形成的时间基本一致,进一步表明IC可能是PS形成的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes of immune - complex(IC), immunoglobulin(IgG) and CH50 in bile and serum during formation of experimental bilirubin calculus. Method: A model of bilirubin calculus was established as Xiao's method in rabbits. 20 rabbits were divided randomly into two groups and eacli had ten. It was examined the formation rate of bilirubin calculus and the levels of IC, IgG and CH50 in bile or serum every other day from the day of operation to the postoperative eighteen day. The regression analysis between the level of IC(Y) in bile and the levels of IC(X1), IgG(X2) and CH50 (X3) in serum and postoperative days (X4) . Result: The changes of the levels of 1C and IgG in the bile and serum showed a regular development from low to high, and reached the peak in 12 to 14 postoperative days, but CH50 decreased. A regression formula was obtained as followed :Y = 0.164 - 0.050 X2 + 0.282 X2 - 0.001 X3-0.002 X4,R2 = 0.784Conclusion: The changes of IC, IgG and CH50 in die bile and serum were consistent with the development of experimental bilirubin calculus in rabbits, which demonstrated that IC might be an important factor of the fonnation of bilirubin calculus.
