腔内射频消融静脉闭合联合透光直视旋切术微创治疗下肢静脉曲张

摘    要:目的:介绍并评价一种新型血管内射频消融方法联合透光直视旋切术微创治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效.方法:22例患者、25条下肢静脉曲张采用此种新方法治疗;男性14例,女性8例,年龄22-72岁,平均54.6岁.结果:大隐静脉主干经血管腔内射频消融治疗后均闭合,联合透光直视旋切术后,下肢静脉曲张均临床治愈,未发生深静脉血栓形成、皮肤烧伤坏死或肺栓塞等严重并发症.随访4~7个月,均无复发,疗效满意.结论:腔内射频消融静脉闭合联合透光直视旋切术是一种新的治疗下肢静脉曲张方法,具有术式简单,手术时间短、创伤小,治疗彻底且效果确切等优点.

Abstract:Objective:To introduce and evaluate a new minimal invasive surgical treatment for varicose vein by endoveous radiofrequency obliteration combined with transilluminated powered phlebectomy.Methods:22 cases with 25 limbs were treated with this new method, 14 are male and 8 female. Age ranged from 22 to 72 years old with an average of 54.6 years old.Results:All 25 treated great saphenous vein were occluded, varicose vein were curred. No deep venous thrombosis formation,skin bruise and pulmonary arterial embolism were found, 4-7 months follow-up showed no re-occurrence with satisfied result.Conclusion:Endovenous radiofrequeucy obliteration can replace of conventional vein stripping and ligation surgery.This new procedure combined with transilluminated powered phlebectomy are minimal invasive surgical treatment for varicose vein with simple and safe manipulation,effective results and low side effect.
