| 摘 要： | 应用放射免疫分析法检测正常对照组２４例及肠易综合征组（ＩＢＳ）２６例受检者血浆及乙状结肠粘膜中胆囊收缩素（ＣＣＫ）和胃动素（ＭＯＴ）的含量，旨在探讨ＩＢＳ患者血浆及乙状结肠粘膜中ＣＣＫ和ＭＯＴ有无变化，以及它们在ＩＢＳ疾病过程中的可能作用和临床意义。结果：ＩＢＳ组血浆中ＣＣＫ、ＭＯＴ的含量明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；乙状结肠粘膜中ＣＣＫ的含量两组无显著差别（Ｐ＞０．２），ＭＯＴ的含量两组均为零。提示血浆中ＣＣＫ和ＭＯＴ可能在ＩＢＳ的疾病过程中起有一定作用，建议在临床实验诊断中验证它们作为ＩＢＳ诊断标志的可能性。

| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to investigate the possible role and the clinical significance of the cholecystokinin( CCK)and motilin(MOT) in the irritalble bowel syndrome(IBS).The CCK and MOT in plasma and sigmoid mucosa were measured by the radioimmunoassay in the control group(n=24)and the IBS' group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05) and that the CCK and the MOT in sigmoid mucosa were not significant different in both groups(P>0.2).The increases of the plasma CCK and MOT in the IBS indicate that the CCK and MOT may play some roles in the IBS' process.The authors hope that the plasma CCK and MOT as possible diagnostic markers of the IBS will be studied in further clinical experiments. |
