| 摘 要： | 目的研究Src蛋白在人肝癌细胞株HepG2细胞增殖凋亡过程中的作用。方法应用Src蛋白酪氨酸激酶抑制剂PP2不同浓度处理HepG2细胞前后,使用免疫组化、流式细胞术、MTT法检测Src蛋白的表达以及HepG2细胞增殖和凋亡情况。结果Src蛋白在HepG2细胞中高表达,用不同浓度PP2处理HepG2细胞后,能够显著抑制肝癌HepG2细胞的增殖,增加凋亡。结论Src蛋白在人肝癌细胞株HepG2细胞的增殖凋亡过程中起着重要作用。
