| 摘 要： | 目的实现单剂量个体化给药,确保用药安全。方法简介全自动药品单剂量分包机工作流程、主要特点,结合实际讨论应用体会。结果使用分包机可提高工作效率和投药准确率,方便用药,提升药房和医院管理水平,并使药师的工作重点由重复性配发转移到临床药学指导和研究、管理等工作上。结论全自动药品单剂量分包机可有效提升药房工作质量和服务水平,值得推广。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To realize individualized medication and to ensure medication safety.METHODS:The workflow and the major features of the auto single-dose dispense packing machine were briefly introduced,and the experience of its practical use was discussed.RESULTS:Auto single-dose dispense packing machine could increase efficiency and dispense accuracy,facilitate medication,improve the management levels of dispensary and hospital,and shift the focus of pharmacists from repeated dispensing to giving clinical pharmaceutical directions,research and management.CONCLUSION:Auto single-dose dispense machine can effectively enhance both the quality and level of pharmaceutical services;therefore,it can be widely applied. |
