| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性医学生的心理健康状况。方法用症状自评量表（SCL-90）测查62名HBsAg阳性学生。结果62名HBsAg阳性者在强迫症状、焦虑、偏执、精神病性因子上的分值高于HBsAg阴性者,并呈显著性差异。62名HBsAg阳性者在SCL-90各因子的分值上无性别差异。结论在本研究中,医学生HBsAg阳性者的心理健康水平低于HBsAg阴性者。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental health status of HBsAg(+) medical university students. Methods 62 HBsAg(+) medical university students were selected and were administered SCL-90. Results The factor scores of "Obsessive-Compulsive", "anxiety", "Paranoid ideation", "psychoticism" of HBsAg(+) students were significantly higher than HBsAg(-) students and there was no significant sex differences in all the factor scores of HBsAg(+) students. Conclusion In our research, the mental health level of HBsAg(+) students were lower than HBsAg(-) students and there was no significant sex differences in the mental health level in HBsAg(+) students. |
