| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院2007年临床分离菌对各种常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法纸片扩散法（Kirby—Bauer）检测临床分离菌对各种常用抗菌药物的耐药性，参照2007版CLSI标准判定药敏结果，并用WHONET5．4软件统计分析。结果全年共检出细菌2249株，革兰阳性菌占44．0％，革兰阴性菌占56．0％。前5位病原菌依次为：大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金葡菌和鲍曼不动杆菌。MRSA和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的检出率分别为33．7％和75．1％，未发现耐万古霉素葡萄球菌；粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对高浓度庆大霉素的耐药率分别为42．6％和50．0％；大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌产ESBLs菌株的检出率分别为51．5％和39．8％，各种肠杆菌科细菌均对亚胺培南敏感；铜绿假单胞菌耐亚胺培南的菌株占13．0％（12／92）。结论我院住院患者分离的细菌耐药性比较严重，应引起关注。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the resistance of clinical isolates from Donghua Hospital in Dongguan in 2007.MethodsAntimicrobial susceptibility test was carried out by Kirby-Bauer method.
