| 摘 要： | 本文分析了40例进展期胃癌的血管造影表现,所有患者均经病理证实。其中37例作了110次动脉灌注化疗,有效率为81％,未见重要的并发症。对血管造影征象及其意义进行了讨论。初步结果表明:动脉灌注化疗在进展期胃癌的综合治疗中是一种安全而有效的姑息疗法。

| Abstract: | The angiographic appearances of 40 patients with abvanced gastric carcinoma were studied, and 110 arterial infusion chemotherapies were performed on 37 patients of which all were proved pathologically.The effective rate of treatment was 81% without any untoward complication. The angiographic findings and the value of selective abdominal arteriography in abvanced gastric carcinoma were discussed. The preliminary results indicated that arteial infusion chemotherapy was a safe and effective palliative treatment in the combined therapy of advanced gastric carcinoma. |
