| 摘 要： | 脉动真空高压蒸汽灭菌器在使用过程中出现蒸汽压力、水源压力不稳、锅体胶条、膜片密封不良，门、球阀关闭不严等情况易导致灭菌失败。现特设计一种灭菌全过程监测的报警装置，可对水源压力、高压蒸汽灭菌器真空度、灭菌器夹层压力、灭菌器内室压力及计时进行实时监测，当任一程序在使用中出现异常时，报警装置将发出准确部位的报警信号，提醒工作人员及时排除故障，保障灭菌效果。

| Abstract: | Pulsing vacuum high- pressure steam sterilization is able to fail due to some malfuncltions such as incompletely sealed diaphragm and .strip, improperly closed gate and ball valves, unstable steam pressure and hydraulic pressure. This paper develops a whole- course alarm unit for pulsing vacuum high- pressure steam sterilization to monitor hydraulic pressure, vacuumizing ability, sterile time, sterile pressure and drying time. The unit alarms if any parameter mentioned above is out of order. |
