老年高血压伴焦虑情绪患者的综合治疗

目的探讨氨氯地平联合抗焦虑剂丁螺环酮和心理健康教育治疗老年高血压伴有焦虑情绪患者的疗效。方法将75例老年高血压伴焦虑情绪患者随机分为A、B、C三组，每组各25例;A组单用降压药氨氯地平治疗，B组在A组治疗的基础上联用抗焦虑剂盐酸丁螺环酮治疗，C组在B组治疗的基础上联合心理健康教育，疗程均为12w。治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表评定三组焦虑状况，分别检测血压、心率及儿茶酚胺，并进行对比分析。结果治疗12w末，B、C两组收缩压、舒张压与A组比较均有极显著性差异（P〈0．01），B组与C组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）;焦虑自评量表评定三组治疗后焦虑状况均有显著改善。结论降压药物联合抗焦虑剂和心理健康教育治疗老年高血压疗效显著、安全性高、依从性好。

Complex treatment in senile hypertentive patients with anxious emotion

Objective To explore curative effect of complex treatment of amlodipine, buspirone and mentalhealth education in senile hypertentive patients with anxious emotion. Methods 75 senile hypertentive patients with anxious emotion were randomly divided into 3 groups (each n = 25):A group received single amlodipine, B did combination of amlodipine and buspirone and C did combination of amlodipine, buspirone and mentalhealth education for 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, anxious states were assessed with Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) ,and BP, heart rate and CA measured and compared. Results After 12 week treatment, SBP and DBF of both B and C group were most significantly different from those of A group (P<0. 01), and there was significant difference between B and C group (P<0. 05). According to the SAS, anxious states of the 3 groups all significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion A combination of hypotensor, antianxietic and mentalhealth education has significant effectiveness, higher safety and better compliance in senile hypertentive patients.
