| 摘 要： | 本文报告了20例变态反应性支气管肺曲霉菌病。本病常见和特殊的临床症状是支气管哮喘和痰栓;最常见的X线表现是支气管壁增厚和肺浸润性实变;特征性的X线表现是中心性或近侧支气管扩张;其它可见末梢血,痰嗜酸性细胞增多和血清IgE显著增高等。

| Abstract: | In this paper, 20 cases of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA) were reported with review of literature. Bronchial asthma and plugs o sputum were usually complained. Bronchial wall thickening and pulmonary infiltration are the most common X ray findings. Central or proximal bron-chiectasis are characteristic features in ABPA patients. Other abnormal manifestations, such as peripheral blood and sputum eosinophilia and marked increase of serum IgE were commonly encountered. |
