中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效.方法:将126例小儿支气管肺炎患儿随机分入对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,观察组患者同时接受自拟中药口服.比较两组临床疗效及症状、体征缓解时间.结果:观察组治疗有效率96.9％,显著高于对照组82.3％(P＜0.05)；观察组患者咳嗽、咯痰、退热、平喘及肺部罗音消失时间显著少于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎可显著提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间.

Effect Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective: To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Method: One hurdred and twenty-six children cases with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and experience group. Control group were given routine western treatment, and experience group received medicine treatment. Clinical effect and symptom and sign remission time were compared between two groups. Result: The effective rate in experience group was 96.9%, of which was much higher than that in control group (82.3%,P<0.05). Remission duration of cough, cough up phlegm, antipyretic, antiasthmatic and lung rales in experience group were much earlier than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for children with bronchial pneumonia greatly improve the clinical effect and induce the therapy time.
