摘    要:目的: 对不同产地醋艾炭间羟基安息香酸的含量进行比较研究,为醋艾炭的质量控制及合理利用提供科学依据。方法: 采用HPLC,Prevail C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15:85),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检 测波长240 nm,柱温25 ℃。结果: 间羟基安息香酸在0.010 02~0.501 00 μg具有良好的线性(r=1.000 0),平均回收率(n=9) 97.39%,RSD 0.99%。结论: 所建方法准确、简单、重复性好,不同产地醋艾炭间羟基安息香酸的含量差异显著。
