不同产区瓜蒌子有效成分含量测定

目的:对国内不同产区瓜蒌子的有效成分进行比较和研究.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以瓜蒌仁三醇为对照品,以甲醇-水(93∶7)为流动相,检测波长230 nm,进行有效成分测定.结果:测定的45个样品中,含量存在明显的差异,以山东平阴025号样品的含量最高为0.289 1％,山东肥城001号样品含量最低为0.078 1％.各个产区内及产区间瓜篓子瓜蒌仁三醇含量变化都比较大,且稳定性比较低.各产区内山东长清产区的瓜蒌子瓜蒌仁三醇含量较高,且产区内含量稳定；产区间以山东肥城产区瓜篓仁三醇平均含量最高为0.141 7％,但其稳定性最低.结论:6个主要产区的瓜萎子平均含量均符合国家药典规定,但产区间和产区内有效成分含量均存在明显的差别,且稳定性都比较低.

Effecctive Components of Semen Trichosanthis from Different Prodution Regions

Objective: To study and compare the effective components of Semen Trichosanthis from different prodution regions. Method: The contents were detected by the HPLC,in 3,29-Dibenzoyl rarounitriol as reference,with methanol-water (93: 7) as the mobile phase,to 230 nm as the detection wavelength. Result: There are significant differences of content in 45 samples,Shandong Pingyin 025 samples containing up to 0.289 1%, Shandong Feicheng 001 was 0.078 1% minimum content of the sample. The change of 3,29-Dibenzoyl rarounitriol content was relatively large, and the stability is relatively low in each region and sub-interval.The highest content from the region of Changqing,Shandong, and the contents change were stability.The average content of Shandong Feicheng areas is up to 0.141 7%, but its stability is lowest. Conclusion: The results indicated that the average content of the six production regions all match the standard of the national,but the difference between regions were significant,and their stability lower.
