摘    要:目的: 采用星点设计-效应面法优化陈皮多糖的提取工艺。方法: 在单因素试验基础上,选取料液比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,陈皮多糖提取率为因变量,利用星点设计模型对3个自变量各水平二项式进行拟合,确定陈皮多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果: 优选的提取工艺为料液比1:49,提取温度92 ℃,回流提取时间150 min,陈皮多糖提取率达14.77%,与预测值的偏差0.61%。结论: 星点设计-效应面法优化的陈皮多糖提取工艺简便可靠,为陈皮多糖的开发利用奠定基础。
