| 摘 要： | 目的:建立裸花紫珠总酚的含量测定方法.方法:采用Folin-酚比色法测定裸花紫珠中总酚的含量,确定以没食子酸为对照品的最佳测定条件.结果:Folin-酚用量为0.5 mL,7.5％ Na2CO3用量为1.5 mL,反应条件为40℃下加热10 min,显色条件为25℃下显色60 min,没食子酸浓度在0～18 μμg时与其吸光度有良好线性关系,其回归方程Y=32.262X-0.001 2(n-7),r=0.999 9,根据此线性回归方程进行裸花紫珠总酚的含量测定.结论:该方法简单方便、稳定性好、准确度高,可用于裸花紫珠原料及其制剂的质量控制和定量分析. |
