摘    要:目的: 建立透骨香中儿茶素、白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的一测多评含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱,以中药透骨香为研究对象,以儿茶素为内参物,建立其与白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的相对校正因子,并进行含量测定,实现一测多评。同时采用外标法测定28批透骨香中儿茶素、白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的含量,验证一测多评法的准确性。结果: 建立的校正因子重复性良好,采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异。结论: 以外标法测定儿茶素,利用相对校正因子实现对白珠树苷和滇白珠苷A测定是准确的、可行的,一测多评法可以用于特定的不同类型成分间的测定。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) for simultaneously determining catechin, gaultherin and gaultheroside A in G. yunnanensis. Method: A HPLC method was developed as QAMS to determine the three principal components in Gaultheria yunnanensis. Catechin was selected as the internal reference substance, and 2 relative correction factors (RCFs) to catechin were calculated. The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and QAMS method. Result: No siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to determine catechin, gaultherin and gaultheroside A in Gaultheria yunnanensis by QAMS, and this method can be used for a certain different types of compounds.
