摘    要:通过查阅近几年文献,结合实际工作经验,对卡波姆在凝胶剂中应用情况进行文献整理与归纳,详细介绍了卡波姆的结构特点、理化性质、增稠机制、制备方法、处方设计及临床应用实例,为卡波姆在工业生产中应用与推广提供理论依据.同时卡波姆将作为一种较有前途的新型药用辅料,随新技术与新方法的引进将为中药外用制剂提供新途径.

Abstract:Literatures about gels around recent years were consulted and combined with practical experimental experiences to sort and summarize literatures about studies and applications of novel excipient carbomer in gel preparations,then detailed introduction structure characteristics,physical and chemical properties,thickening mechanism,preparation methods,formulation design and clinical applications of carbomer,this study will provide theoretical basis for promotion and application of carbomer in industrial production.At the same time,carbomer would be a promising and novel pharmaceutical excipient,with introduction of new technologies and methods,it would give more dosage forms and inspirations to topical preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.
