| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆肿瘤型M2丙酮酸激酶(Tu M2-PK)检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测82例乳腺癌患者、20例乳腺良性肿瘤患者及30名健康对照者血浆Tu M2-PK水平,同时比较乳腺癌患者不同TNM分期血浆Tu M2-PK水平并进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌患者血浆Tu M2-PK水平高于乳腺良性肿瘤患者及健康对照组(P<0.05),乳腺良性肿瘤患者与健康对照组血浆Tu M2-PK水平差异无统计学意义。不同TNM分期中,Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者血浆Tu M2-PK水平高于Ⅰ期(P<0.05),而Ⅳ期Tu M2-PK水平则低于Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期(P<0.05);血浆Tu M2-PK检测乳腺癌的敏感性为65.85%,特异性为70.00%,阳性似然比为2.20,阴性似然比为0.49,阳性预测值为90.00%,阴性预测值为33.33%。结论血浆Tu M2-PK对乳腺癌的辅助诊断有较高的临床价值,并对乳腺癌的临床分期、浸润转移的判断有一定的意义。
