| 摘 要： | 采用试管凝集法对43例肺部感染患者和20例健康献血者进行嗜肺军团菌1、6、8型抗体的检测。结果表明，肺部感染患者军团菌感染以6型为主，且阳性率较高（23．26％），而健康人嗜肺军团菌1、6、8到抗体滴度均处于低水平。提示：洛阳地区军团菌感染以6型为优势种型。

| Abstract: | Type 1,6,8,antibodies of Legionella pneumophila (LP) were tested among 43 cases with lung infection and 20 healthy blood donors by tubal agglutination test (TAT). The resultsshowed that LP infections were mainly due to Type 6 LP among the cases with lung infection and their positive rate was higher(23. 26% ) Ibut the antibody titre of type 1, 6, 8 among the healthy was at the low level. It was indicated that the infection of LP in Luoyang District was caused by LP6 an excellent strain. |
