| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性高血压早期肾损害与血压昼夜节律之间的关系。方法 对 5 1例轻、中度高血压患者 (勺型高血压 2 9例、非勺型高血压 2 2例 )进行 2 4h动态血压监测 ,同时测定所有研究对象的尿微量白蛋白 /尿肌酐比值。结果 非勺型高血压组与勺型高血压组相比 ,尿微量白蛋白的阳性率显著增高 (P =0 .0 0 1)。结论 血压昼夜波动节律消失的原发性高血压患者早期肾损害较血压昼夜节律正常者明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between early damage of kidney and blood pressure variation in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was measured in 51 patients,29 patients of dippers and 22 patients of non-dippers. Microalbuminuria was detected by the DCA 2000 microalbuminuria/creatinine assay in all patients.Results The frequency of early damage of kidney in non-dippers was higher than that in dippers.Conclusion The patients with non-dippers are more likely to suffer from early renal damage than patients with dippers. |
