内镜下高频电切除大肠息肉42例

目的探讨内镜下配合高频电凝电切技术治疗大肠息肉的临床应用。方法在内镜直视下张开圈套器，并套住息肉蒂部，选择电凝/电切指数后，通电行电凝、电切，直至将息肉切下。回收息肉标本送检。结果42例患者60枚息肉均一次切除，治愈率100％，无大出血及穿孔。结论内镜下高频电切除消化道息肉技术是一种简单安全、并发症低的有效措施，已替代剖腹手术成为息肉治疗的首选方法。

42 Cases with Colorectal Polyps Treated by Endoscopic Electrocoagulation

Objective To investigate clinical application of the frequency with endoscopic electrocoagulation resection in the treatment of colorectal polyps. Methods Endoscopic open in the trap,trap pedicle polyps, select coagulation/Xinhua Index cut after electricity lines electrocoagulation, electricity cut until the polyps would be cut off. Recovery polyps were submitted. Results The results of 42 cases of patients with 60 polyps were removed once, the curative rate of 100%, no bleeding and perforation. Conclusion Endoscopic resection of gastrointestinal polyps high-frequency electric technology is a simple and safe, low complication of effective measures and has become an alternative to open surgery method of choice for the treatment of polyps.
