中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎150例疗效观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效.方法 选择小儿支气管肺炎300例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各150例,治疗组予常规西医治疗加辨证口服中药颗粒剂,对照组采用西医治疗,7d后观察和比较2组症状、肺部体征改善情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为98.0％,对照组为88.0％,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.治疗组退热时间、咳喘缓解时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均较对照组明显缩短(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎可缩短疗程,改善症状,提高疗效,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation of 150 cases of pediatric bronchial pneumonia treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pediatric bronchial pneumonia. Methods 300 children patients with bronchial pneumonia were evenly randomized into the observation group and control group. The treatment group adopted the therapy of western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine granules through syndrome differentiation. Control group a- dopted western medicine treatment. 7 days after, the symptoms and signs of the 2 groups were observed and com- pared. Results The total effective rate was 98.0% in treatment group, 88.0% in control group, and there is sta- tistical significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） , and the treatment group was superior to control group. The fever receding time, cough and gasp relieving time, pulmonary rale disappearing time was shorter in treatment group than in control group obviously （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can shorten the course of treatment, improve symptoms, the curative effect, and less side effects in treating pediat- ric bronchial pneumonia, which should be widely applied in clinical treatment.
