复方丁香开胃贴配合腹部热敷治疗婴幼儿腹泻128例

目的 观察复方丁香开胃贴配合腹部热敷治疗婴幼儿腹泻临床疗效.方法 对128例婴幼儿腹泻患儿,应用复方丁香开胃贴配合腹部热敷进行治疗,复方丁香开胃贴贴于脐部,连续12 h以上,同时选取棉垫烤热后敷在腹部,每次30 min以上,每天4～6次,3d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效.结果 128例患儿治愈96例,有效26例,总有效率95.3％.结论 复方丁香开胃贴联合腹部热敷治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,适用于婴幼儿腹泻的治疗.

Clinical observation of compound dingxiangkaiwei paste combined with abdominal fomentation in treating infantile diarrhea

Objective To observe the effect of compound dingxiangkaiwei paste combined with abdominal fo- mentation in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods 128 cases of infantile diarrhea were applied compound dingxiangkaiwei paste on navel for more than 12 hours combined with abdominal fomentation with warmed cotton pad above 30 minutes each time, 4 -6 times a day, 3 days a course. 2 courses after, effects were statistically ana- lyzed. Results In 128 cases, 96 cases were cured, 26 cases effective, with a total efficiency of 95.3%. Conclu- sion Compound dingxiangkaiwei paste combined with abdominal fomentation to infantile diarrhea has obvious effect and no significant adverse reactions, suitable for treating infantile diarrhea.
