| 摘 要： | 目的 观察泻心救肺法治疗小儿顽固性咳嗽的疗效.方法 采用自拟沙参芩栀汤治疗小儿顽固性咳嗽33例,5d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效.结果 治愈21例(63.64％),好转10例(30.30％),未愈2例(6.06％),总有效率为93.94％.结论 泻心救肺法对小儿顽固性咳嗽辨证属心火亢盛者临床效果显著.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiexinjiufei method in treating children with intracta- ble cough. Methods 33 cases of intractable cough were treated with self-made Shashenqinzhi Decoction, 5 days 1 course. After 2 courses of treatment, curative effect was observed. Results 21 cases were cured （63.64%） I0 cases improved （ 30.30% ） , 2 cases invalid （ 6.06% ） , with a total efficiency of 93.94%. Conclusion Xiexinjiufei method has remarkable clinical effect in treating intractable cough hyper heart-fire syndrome |
