| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效.方法 将100例急性扁桃体炎患儿随机分为2组,对照组50例应用常规西医治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上加用普济消毒饮,5d后统计疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率达94％,对照组88％,经统计学分析,2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of integreted traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pediatric acute tonsillitis. Methods 100 cases of acute tonsillitis children were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medicine, 50 cases in treatment group were treated with conventional western medicine plus Pujixiaodu Decoction. 5 days after, the statistical effect was made. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94% , the total effective rate of control group was 88%. The difference has statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of integreted tradi- tional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute tonsillitis is remarkable. |
