耳穴贴压治疗青少年近视随机对照临床研究文献的Meta分析

目的 评价耳穴贴压治疗青少年近视的疗效.方法 对2000年1月至2012年12月中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WF)中相关文献进行电子检索,纳入耳穴治疗青少年近视与其他疗法比较的随机对照试验(RCT)和临床对照试验(CCT),根据修改后的Jadad评分标准评价纳入研究项目的质量.采用Review manager 5.1软件进行Meta分析.结果 7项研究符合纳入标准,共615例患者的1 326只患眼Meta分析显示,耳穴贴压治疗青少年近视与其他方法总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P＜0.05).结论 耳穴贴压治疗青少年近视疗效优于其他疗法,但仍需更多的大样本RCT进行验证.

Meta analysis of clinical randomized controlled trials in auricular acupoint pressing therapy in the treatment of juvenile myopia

Objective To evaluate the effect of myopia. Methods Related literature from January searched for randomized controlled trials RCT which auricular acupoint pressing therapy in 2000 to December 2012 in CNKI and the treatment of juvenile Wanfang database were compared auricular acupoint treatment of juvenile myopia and other therapies and controlled clinical trials （CCT） , whose qualities were evaluated according to the modified Jadad score standard. Meta analysis was conducted with Review manager 5. 1. Results 7 studies met with the inclusion criteria, with a total of 1 326 eyes of 615 patients. Meta analysis showed the difference of total effective rate be- tween auricular-acupoint therapy for treatment of juvenile myopia and other methods was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Auricular acupoint therapy is superior to other juvenile myopia therapy, but still need a large sample of RCT validation.
