摘    要:目的:探讨微生态制剂和非营养性吸吮协同治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床价值.方法:回顾性总结2008年7月至2011年6月在我院新生儿科收住的喂养不耐受的早产儿病例,并依据是否加用微生态制剂和非营养性吸吮随机将患儿分为2组,对照组30例给予常规处理,治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用微生态制剂和非营养性吸吮.统计2组患儿的临床情况,并进行分析.结果:治疗组患儿呕吐或腹胀消失时间、喂养耐受时间及体质量增长时间与对照组比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:微生态制剂和非营养性吸吮协同治疗能安全、有效地解决早产儿喂养不耐受.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of synergistic treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants with probiotics and non-nutritive sucking.Methods: Retrospective analysis of neonatal feeding intolerance in preterm cases in our hospital from 2008 July to 2011 June was made.According to whether the addition of probiotics and non-nutritive sucking or not,the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in control group being given conventional treatment,30 cases in the treatment group were additionally added microecological preparation and non-nutritive sucking.Clinical statistics of 2 groups was analyzed.Results: The difference in time for vomiting or abdominal distention to disappear,feeding tolerance time and weight gain between the 2 groups had statistical significance(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion: Probiotics and non-nutritive sucking combined with other treatment can safely and effectively solve feeding intolerance for premature infants.
